ABOUT THE BRAND

When we sat down with Shawnee, the owner of Tudy’s Boutique and Black-women’s beauty enthusiast, the conversation quickly turned into a passion for women's hair.

At the core of the conversation, the topic of education came up, and the studio was stunned to hear how women were more involved in their personal haircare decisions then what some parts of society actually knew.

The Tudy's brand acknowledges that women choose to cover up their natural hair as an expression and personality choice. It's not because of shame of what they originally have.
